Can I customise my order?

Everything in our store is completely customisable, starting with the reference photo all the way to the final details and background colours.

You are able to request what car model you want transformed, its colour and all add-on details like a custom number plate, all to create your very own unique commission

 

What kind of reference photo should I use?

We highly recommend uploading photos that are at a 45 degree angle/at a diagonal from the front. Side-on pictures are also accepted but we believe that at a 45 degree angle, we will be able to capture most of the car, encompassing the best aspects to create the most high quality piece. 

 

How long will my order take?

As all items are handmade and custom made-to-order, we estimate the production time of digital pieces to be 4-5 business days, frames to be 7-10 business days, and embroidered apparel to be 10-15 business days. This allows us time to transform your reference photo into a piece of art as well as collate all other aspects to provide you with the highest quality car merchandise.

If you have chosen to see a proof before being produced, the time taken to approve is not included in the estimated production time.

Please note that the above estimates do not include shipping time. 

How long does shipping take?

We send all of our domestic parcels via express post meaning that domestic orders will be received 1-5 days after dispatch.

International shipping varies between 6-27 business days for standard postage and 5-8 business days for express post.


How much is shipping?

We currently offer postage around Australia (domestic), New Zealand, USA, Canada and the United Kingdom.


We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $70 and International shipping varies upon weight and destination and will be determined at checkout. 

Why has my package been returned to sender

If you are viewing on your tracking page that your order has been returned to sender, this may be because your address was incomplete/incorrect (no unit number, incorrect suburb-postcode combination etc). 

We are charged a fee for a return ($12 for Domestic & $30 for International Parcels). If you would like your order reshipped out to you, you must pay 50% of the charged return to sender fee as well as the cost to resend out (~$9 for domestic and ~$24 for international). 

If your parcel is returned at the fault of us or the shipping company, please provide us with evidence and we will resend out your order free of charge. 


Can I change my photo after I have already ordered?

We suggest carefully considering which photo and model you wish to order before finalising your purchase. By changing the picture or model after you have placed the order will set back your order and result in a longer waiting time. If you change your mind about the photo or model, a $20 fee will need to be paid in order to cement the mind change. If this is not paid, unfortunately, we cannot make adjustments to the order.

 

What if I’m not happy with my order?

At Kachow 95, we will try our best to create the perfect piece to meet your needs. We are open to feedback and any means of adjustments to your art piece until you are satisfied with the final result.

However, after you have approved the final proof before production, we can no longer make any changes otherwise the $20 fee will need to be incurred.

 

What if I want to cancel my order?

As everything in the Kachow store is custom and made to order, unfortunately, it is unlikely that we will accept an order cancellation. The total cost to create a final product is inclusive of the time and labour it takes to draw the digital piece as well as assemble the final product.

If we have not begun the process of your order (because we are still working on previous orders), we can accept an order cancellation. If we have finished the drawing but have not embroidered/assembled the frame, we will deduct $10 off the total price but refund the remaining amount.

If we have already drawn, digitised, and produced your sweater/assembled your frame, only a 50% refund will be applied.
